OVER HERE - DAVID E. BEATS [OFFICIAL] Video
"Over Here" is the latest reflection of a song that followed a creative process. It demanded a storyline for the video in order to do justice to the song.
This artsy video was directed by French director Louis De Caunes. It is increasingly rare to find a video that would just focus on the music and avoid any other distraction!
This full-motion imagery analysis video shows David E Beats sitting near the river across from the Brooklyn bridge, reflecting on his life.
The boombox is sitting right next to him, music is his life partner. David E Beats also often finds himself walking backwards as a metaphor for the numerous setbacks he faced while pursuing music as a career back in DC.
As the train passes by, David E Beats sits hesitating and wondering whether or not he should be jumping on the train and the bandwagon of other artists current music success or waiting patiently for his turn to get signed and follow his own path to do things his way!
The guitar solo towards the end of the video shows his desire and need to take music back to its roots when they were true musicians.
David E Beats music and creativity is to be experienced!

"With this latest album (David. E Beats Blvd) getting great feedback, he is bringing himself and contributing a new sound to hip-hop; a sound that fans just can't seem to get enough of.
Currently he is inspired and driving himself relentlessly at both rapping and making beats and he shows no signs of slowing any time soon. Being such a young man still, we have the feeling he's going to be making quite the noise and be around a long time. " OSHHS

About Platform NYC
Uptown is the new downtown. As street fashion takes its turn to detail-oriented motifs, imported fabrics, and vibrant color ways, Platform in the Bronx is the new boutique for the avant-garde that swarm the downtown New York City scene. Platform serves as an easy reach for the uptown dweller that usually travels the 1.5-hour ride to pick up their favorite pair of Japanese-denim jeans from the downtown boutiques; but they also are positioned as the Bronx hot spot that pulls loyal trekkers from the other side of the D train tracks.
