    I AM PR Agency is proud to announce the addition of Rani Gaddy to its roster. Rani Gaddy is a blogger, writer, producer, and director who empowers what it takes to drive any blog to the next level.  In recent years, Rani Gaddy has been developing EllaEmmaPea Media, the up and coming production company that produced blogs like AGirlandHerHipHop.com and Style By: Practical, a new fashion blog that defines what it means to be Hip Hop and chic.  EllaEmmaPea Media is also responsible for the production of shows such as “Places & Spaces”, a travel show that gives watchers a peek at entertainment events going on in Southeastern North Carolina and surrounding areas.
    In executive capacities with the company, Rani oversees operations, accounting, customer service, video productions, editing, writing and marketing.  With a successful two year tenure, she developed and implemented strategic business plans leading to substantial traffic growth.
    Rani developed EllaEmmaPea Media with a background in Broadcast gained from education at North Carolina A&T State University and The University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
